6-10 Tonne Excavator Fixed Hydraulic Selector Grab

The JB equipment SG6 selection grab is a hydraulic grab that is best suited for excavators weighing 6 to 10 tonnes, such as the JCB8080 or Doosan DX8. It is a heavy-duty attachment utilized in a variety of applications, including demolition, garbage processing, and general sorting.

This is a non-rotating grab that functions solely on the excavator’s double-acting hydraulic hammer circuit. Unlike rotating grabs, it does not require a second hydraulic servicing, lowering the comparative cost.

A fast hitch cross link is included as standard and allows the grab to be utilized in either orientation.

The SG grabs are a low-cost option that allows for full machine dexterity without the requirement for welding parts to the excavator. Fully greaseable pivot points and bolt-on interchangeable wear blades provide a long service life.
