The JCS 80 is the hardest duty log cone splitter variant, suitable for excavators weighing 10 to 16 tons. It is solidly made, weighing in about 285 kg. It features a heavy-duty chassis, hydraulic engine, and cone system, allowing it to withstand regular use and the harshest conditions.

An excavator headstock is provided and installed as standard, but the JCS cone splitter range can be used with a variety of machines, including skid steers, front loaders, telehandlers, and timber cranes. All JCS cone splitters feature removable cone tips. Please be aware that this attachment does not come with hoses as normal. Although we normally recommend having these built once the machine is installed to ensure a proper length, you can order them by visiting our Hydraulic Hoses & Couplers page. When ordering hoses to accompany an attachment, our team will ensure that all hoses are the correct size and have all necessary fittings to fit the attachment (and couplers if needed).
