JHT-150-M Excavator Hedge Trimmer Package & Headstock  – 1 to 2 tonne

The JHT-150-M excavator-mounted hedge trimmer set saves you time, aggravation, and money. Unlike a handheld device, attaching this to an excavator provides extra-long cutting reach, allowing you to handle taller branches and deeper hedgerows from the comfort of the cab.

As standard, the JHT-150-M package is supplied with the hedge trimmer bar, 90 degree adapter, pivot system & excavator headstock.

The reciprocating finger bar is powered by a rear-facing hydraulic engine, allowing for fast and tidy hedge cutting with minimal oil flow. The sturdy and low maintenance JHT-150, with a 1.5m cutting width, has a series of high quality individual replaceable cutting teeth developed in Germany, ensuring optimum performance and uptime. A fully adjustable standard 2 pin excavator attachment bracket (headstock) to fit your machine is supplied, as well as a 1m extension bar and pivot system.

The JHT-150 has a cutting capacity of up to 40mm and is the ideal solution for obtaining neat and tidy hedges with minimal manual labor. By simply adjusting the mounting bracket, the operator can easily cut at any angle between the fully horizontal and vertical planes, allowing them to access those hard-to-reach places like behind fences and telephone poles with greater versatility and ease than ever before.

The JHT-150-M can be operated on a range of excavators from 1 tonne to 2 tonne such as a JCB 8014.

Fitted with a hydraulic motor that will simply operate off your excavator’s breaker (auxiliary) service.
